THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $10.00 CAD PER DAY FOR EACH ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZED DRIVER OTHER THAN A SPOUSE OR DOMESTIC PARTNER.

PLEASE LOCK VEHICLE DOORS AND PLACE KEYS IN DROP BOX. THE CUSTOMER WILL REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE UNTIL THE BRANCH DOES A FORMAL CHECK-IN, ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. BOX IS LOCATED EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING, NORTH OF THE DOOR.

ALL DRIVERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. RENTERS 21 THROUGH 24 MAY ONLY RENT ECONOMY THROUGH FULLSIZE CARS. GRADUATED LICENSE RESTRICTIONS APPLY.

This reservation is being made with a Contract ID number (CID) assigned to a Corporate Account for use exclusively by its eligible renters. Use of this CID by individuals other than eligible renters is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action. Renters using this CID may be required to show proof of employment or authorization (such as a business card, current email with company domain, work order, etc.). Questions about acceptable proof of employment or authorization should be directed to your Travel Manager.

Damage Waiver is an optional product offered at the time of rental. If accepted, Enterprise waives or reduces the renters financial responsibility for loss or damage to the Enterprise vehicle, including towing, storage, loss of use, administration fees and-or diminishment of value, subject to the terms and conditions for the rental agreement and applicable laws. Damage Waiver is not insurance. The protection provided by Damage Waiver may duplicate the renters existing coverage. Enterprise is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renters existing coverage, therefore the renter should examine his or her credit card protection, automobile insurance policies or other coverage that may duplicate the coverage provided by Damage Waiver. Damage Waiver is not required to rent a vehicle.  The cost of Damage Waiver is between 23.99 CAD and 26.99 CAD per day.

DEPOSIT AMOUNT

To account for Renter potentially incurring additional amounts owed under the Contract, at the time of rental, renters will be required to provide the following deposit amount:

$850 for the following vehicles classes: Performance Sport, Full Size Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Full Size Elite Electric Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Limo Van, and Corvette. 

$1,000 for the following vehicle classes: Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV.

INSURANCE VERIFICATION

At the time of rental, Renter must provide evidence of transferrable auto collision, comprehensive and liability policy for the following vehicle classes: Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Limo Van, Corvette, Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV.

The renters liability insurance will apply except where Enterprise is required by law to provide liability protection.

Personal Accident Insurance - Personal Effects Coverage - PAI-PEC - is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If accepted the PAI contained in the policy provides renter and renters passengers with accidental death, accident medical expenses and ambulance expense benefits. The PEC contained in the policy insures the personal effects of the renter, additional drivers, or any member of the renters immediate family who permanently resides in the renters household and who is traveling with the renter against risks of loss or damage. Benefits are payable in addition to any other insurance coverage the renter or passengers may have. This is a summary only. PAI-PEC is subject to the provisions, limitations and exclusions of the PAI-PEC policy underwritten by Chubb Insurance Company of Canada. The purchase of PAI-PEC is optional and not required to rent a car. The coverage provided by PAI-PEC may duplicate the renters existing coverage. Enterprise is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renters existing coverage, therefore the renter should examine his or her personal insurance policies or other sources of coverage that may duplicate the coverage provided by PAI-PEC. The PAI-PEC for this branch is 6.99 CAD per day.

The following forms of payment are accepted at the end of the rental – VISA, MasterCard, American Express, debit card or cash.

If accepted, Roadside Assistance Protection provides the renter with 24-7 roadside assistance, where available, without additional charge. RAP includes the following benefits- replacement of lost keys, including remote entry devices, flat tire service, if no inflated spare is available, the vehicle will be towed. The cost of replacement tire is not covered by RAP- lockout service, if keys are locked inside the vehicle, jumpstarts, fuel delivery service for up to 3 gallons, or equivalent liters, of fuel if vehicle is out of fuel. RAP services only are available in the United States and Canada. Roadside Assistance Protection is void and of no effect if, at the time of the incident necessitating roadside assistance, the renter or any authorized driver were in violation of the rental agreement, including, without limitation, the prohibited uses and violation set forth therein. In such cases, roadside assistance will be available, but standard charges may apply. Roadside Assistance Protection at this location costs 4.99 CAD.

All drivers must- -have a valid United States, Canadian, or international drivers permit. All international drivers must also have their own country specific drivers license. -have a major credit card in their name at the time of rental. (exceptions may apply by location please see individual location payment policy.) Note: Enterprise locations require a rental deposit in addition to the cost of the rental amount. -meet the rental locations minimum age requirements. - - renters with an international drivers license not in English or French must call the office for additional information. - - graduated license restrictions apply. Our TollPass Program is our electronic toll collection program which allows our renters to drive through electronic toll lanes and pay tolls electronically, without having to stop and pay cash. In addition, many toll plazas have converted to all electronic tolling and removed the option for travelers to stop and pay cash at toll plazas.

The cost of a rental car depends on many factors and can vary greatly. These factors include:

  • The length of time you are renting the car
  • Car class selected
  • Rental location
  • Added insurance or protection products
  • Additional products selected
  • If you have to modify your reservation
  • If you have to extend your reservation
  • If you have to change your rental drop-off location

To rent a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the United States and Canada, you will need the following:

  • To be 25 years old 
  • A valid driver's license with a photo
  • A photo ID (For example: a driver’s license or passport)
  • Credit or debit card (check the acceptable forms of payment at the location you’re renting from)

Some locations may require additional information, including but not limited to: 

  • An International Driving Permit (IDP): If the license is written in a language or characters different to those of the country of rental, an IDP is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation.
  • Return travel and accommodation information: Visitors to the UK must also provide proof of return travel and accommodation information while in the UK. 

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.

Fuel Policy at Non-Airport locations:

  • You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refueling charge may apply at some locations.
  • A full tank of gas is not guaranteed.

Fuel Policy at Airport Car Rental Locations:

  • You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refueling charge may apply at some locations.
  • You may opt to pre-pay for fuel -- Pre-pay gives you two conveniences:
    • You can avoid the hassle of having to fuel up the vehicle before returning.
    • Pre-pay fuel option is calculated at the local rate of gas minus a per gallon discount.

Note: Prepaid fuel is only sold in full tanks at the discounted price per gallon and is not refundable. Local fuel rates will vary by the area you are renting a vehicle.
