Rental Policies
All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. All additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter. All additional drivers must sign the rental agreement. An additional daily fee may apply for any additional drivers. The additional driver can only be added to the contract at the pick-up location. The additional driver fee is 5.90 BRL per day.
Minimum rental age is 21, and the maximum rental age is 75 years. Drivers under the age of 25 will incur an additional daily fee. The under age 25 driver fee is 0.00 BRL per day.
Driving restricted within the country of Brazil only..
Collision Damage Waiver - CDW1 - is not insurance. The purchase of CDW1 is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. You may purchase optional CDW1 for an additional fee. If you purchase CDW1, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW1, to contractually waive your responsibility for all or part of the cost of damage to, loss or theft of the vehicle. CDW1 covers the rental vehicle in case of accident, fire, theft, robbery, total loss and small damages. It does not cover damages to the windshield, tires and accessories of the rented vehicle. CDW1 has a deductible that may range from 2,000.00 BRL or approximately 666.66 USD to 6,000.00 BRL or approximately 2,000.00 USD depending on vehicle class
Delivery and collections are not available at this location.
All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.. One way charges apply and are payable at time of rental. One way charges cannot be prepaid.
As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel. Option 1 - prepay fuel. This option allows the renter to pay for the full tank of gas at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused gas. Pre-paid gas is available at the local fuel prices. Option 2 - we refill. This option allows the renter to pay Enterprise at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. The price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A 20 percent surcharges will apply. Option 3 - you refill. This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.
At this time, customers cannot earn or redeem Enterprise Plus points at this location.
At this time, customers cannot earn Emerald Club credits or redeem free days at this location.
A passport in addition to a credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction.

An authorization on the credit card will be taken on all rentals and may range from 1500.00 BRL to 3500.00 BRL depending on the car class booked. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges.

Debit/Check cards are only accepted at this location as a form of final payment. Debit/Check cards are considered to be any non-credit card with American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA®, Diners Club® or Discover® logo. Any other non-credit card without one of these logos is not accepted.
Cash is only accepted at this location as a form of final payment.
All renters must meet the locations minimum age requirements. All renters must present a valid drivers license from country of origin. All renters must present a major credit card in renters name at the time of rental. International drivers must provide a valid license from their country of residence. In addition to the drivers license, if the characters are not in English or Latin characters, an international drivers permit is recommended. If the drivers license is in characters other than Latin, an international permit is required or a notarized English translation is accepted. Alternate day traffic is the restriction of the circulation of vehicles in the expanded center of the city of Sao Paulo, SP-Capital, from 700 am to 1000 am and from 500 pm to 800 pm, in accordance with the end of the license plate and day of the week, as below - end of license plate day of the week 1 and 2 Monday, 3 and 4 Tuesday, 5 and 6 Wednesday, 7 and 8 Thursday, 9 and 0 Friday. Once circulating on the days and times indicated above, the violator is subject to a traffic ticket, according to the legislation in force.
Protection for Passengers and Third Parties - POT - is the coverage of bodily injuries to passengers of the rented vehicle and the coverage of damages and bodily injuries to third parties having the following types of coverage. Passengers of the rented vehicle - coverage of bodily injuries to passengers of the rented vehicle up to the limit of 20,000.00 BRL or approximately 6,666.67 USD per passenger. Third parties - partial coverage up to 30,000.00 BRL or approximately 10,000.00 USD for property damages and up to 50,000.00 BRL or approximately 16,666.67 USD for bodily injuries. Protection for Passenger and Third Parties has a deductible of 1000.00 BRL or approximately 333.33 USD

Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation.
- Return travel and accommodation information: Visitors to the UK must also provide proof of return travel and accommodation information while in the UK.

- A full tank of gas is not guaranteed.
Fuel Policy at Airport Car Rental Locations:
- You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refueling charge may apply at some locations.
- You may opt to pre-pay for fuel -- Pre-pay gives you two conveniences:
- You can avoid the hassle of having to fuel up the vehicle before returning.
- Pre-pay fuel option is calculated at the local rate of gas minus a per gallon discount.
Note: Prepaid fuel is only sold in full tanks at the discounted price per gallon and is not refundable. Local fuel rates will vary by the area you are renting a vehicle.
